John has an extensive background with over 25 years in a diverse range of businesses that he has been involved with including manufacturing, importing, exporting, rural servicing, commodity trading, retailing, property and the wealth management sectors. He has held many high profile positions including Chief Financial Officer, General Manager and strategic management roles with large businesses including Postie Plus Group, Perpetual Trust, Pyne Gould Guinness, South Island Dairy Co-operative, South Island Dairy Farmers, and Mair Astley Ltd. John lives in Christchurch, NZ with his wife and family and enjoys extensive travel, community connections, and a wide range of sports. Currently, John is Foot Science International’s Independent Director.
